1.  How can I tell if my property needs pest extermination?

A:  Whether you see one ant, one roach or a mouse.  Leaving it untreated can lead to a
bigger problem.  Please refer to our
treatment options page to see more detailed
information regarding the health problems and property damage pests can cause.

2.  I have many types of pest problems, inside and out.  Do you have a solution
for everything?

A:  Yes we do.  No matter what type of bug you have we can handle it.  Our technicians
have been skilled in this field for numerous years and know all the current programs to
meet your specific needs.

3.  What are your environmentally safe treatments?

A.  We use treatments that do not have any type of odor.  Some treatments do not
require that you leave the premises at all.  For flea and spider treatments you only need
to leave for 2 to 3 hours.  Our exterior treatments also have very minimal toxicity levels.  
It is our number one priority to keep our clients safe.

4.  Do you guarantee the work that you do?

A.  Yes we do.  Depending on the particular problem you're having we'll go back out and
retreat.

5.  If I decide to cancel my contract, will I be charged?

A:  Not at all.  Active Pest Control is so confident in our services that we allow month to
month contracts.  Not like some other companies that require you to sign a contract for
at least a year.  And if you cancel with them, they'll charge a cancellation fee.  You won't
have to worry about that with us.

6.  What if the estimate you give me is higher than your competitors?

A:  We will beat them.  Go ahead and shop around.  If you have a written quote from
another competitor, we'll gladly beat their price.

7.  Does your treatment harm my pet, the lawn or flowers on my property.  

A:  No.  You'll be relieved to know our treatments are very safe.  Even with direct contact
you don't have to worry about any harm being done to your pets, or property.
